Designed with the American market in mind, the Kony is a small format conical burr grinder, intended for high volume applications and operators who are very particular about their espresso. Typical conical burr grinders are intended for literally constant use and use very large motors turning at half the speed of typical espresso coffee grinders. The Kony is designed to be slightly smaller in size and much lower in price than other similar grinders. This unique conical burr grinder design allows the coffee to be ground at a high speed but with little or no heat build up, producing a unique grind ratio, very long burr life and a very reliable unit. Available in a gray finish, electronic touch pad activation for single and double shots and without commercial ETL sanitation approval only.
