Like all of the Mazzer espresso grinders the Major is a high quality unit, only this model takes the standard technical elements to the extreme. Combining motor speed with grinding burr size the Major was the first large format burr grinder on the market and continues to dominate in the Major Electronic. It is the fasted flat burr Mazzer available. It is powered by a programmable electronic touch pad located on top the doser. With the grind on demand function, coffee is ground fresh for consistent single and double shots with waste minimized. Available without commercial ETL sanitation approval and in black or silver enamel finish.
