How do I determine freight charges?

We ship via FedEx Ground and charge the standard rate based on your shipping weight and zip code. If you require expedited shipping, we are happy to accommodate and will charge you the rates as they apply.
 

When will my order ship?

Orders placed before 12:00pm CST will ship the next business day. We manage our inventory system to prevent stock outs and have continuous fulfillment. However, in the event we are out of stock on an item, we will provide you with the expected ship date and would be more than happy to back order it for you.
 

WHERE CAN I OBTAIN OPERATIONS MANUALS FOR THE EQUIPMENT I PURCHASED?

We have all of the item operations manuals organized by manufacturer available for download here.

What type of warranty do you provide?

A one-year parts warranty is provided. Please contact our office for more details.

Payment is due prior to your order being released.

We accept all major credit cards. You may also contact us about setting up an account with terms.

Will you drop ship directly to my customers?

We can drop ship to anywhere in the United States and will include only a packing slip so your customer will never see any type of pricing.
